Project Description: R&D initiatives in the company are co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Region Operational Programme 2014 – 2020.

Aims: To develop a range of new products across different sectors within the company. These new products require significantly increased R&D activity which will drive company development.

Results: In conjunction with Enterprise Ireland funded research, Oriel Attachments have successfully launched a range of new products including the Oriel Tree Shears, Direct Mount Thumb, Wedge Lock Coupler and Progressive Link Thumb. These ranges have been launched into a new/existing markets.

Project Description: Employment Initiatives in this company are co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.

Aims: The aim of this grant for our company is to employ graduate engineers, who we can train and develop their skills in our production processes, to the mutual benefit of both the graduate and the company.

Results: Graduate successfully engaged in 2018 and 2020 are progressing well to date.
